Come learn how to protect constitutional rights while ensuring increased safety for all of us.

On Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 10:30am, John Rosenthal, co-founder of Stop Handgun Violence,  will speak about Massachusetts’ gun laws, which his organization was instrumental in passing, and which form the most comprehensive gun laws in the United States, effectively reducing gun violence in this state to the lowest level in the nation.

Rosenthal will describe the strategies that accomplished adoption of common-sense legislation. What else needs to be done?  How can we do it? Methods for getting comparable federal laws in place will be discussed.

Come learn how to protect constitutional rights while ensuring increased safety for all of us.

Rosenthal’s talk, sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Andover, is the featured presentation during the church’s Sunday service. There will be an opportunity to meet Rosenthal and discuss this important topic over light refreshments immediately following the service. No reservation or ticket is required.
